Description

The ultrafine pulverizer consists of a pulverizing main unit, a cyclone separator, a pulse dust removal box and a centrifugal fan. The material enters the pulverizing chamber through the feeding hopper, and is crushed by the high-speed rotating movable knife disc and the fixed tooth disc. The pulverizing fineness can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the grading impeller to achieve the required fineness. The faster the speed of the grading impeller, the finer the fineness of the material. The pulverized material enters the cyclone separation chamber under the action of the rotating centrifugal force and the induced draft fan, and is discharged after the fan is turned off. The dust enters the pulse dust removal box and is recycled after being filtered by the filter cartridge. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard and is made entirely of 304 stainless steel. There is no dust flying during the production process. The machine is widely used in the fine grinding of low-hardness materials such as food, chemicals, feed, tobacco, calcium carbonate, plant fiber, dyes, coatings, pesticides, etc.
